Kimberly Stewart-Lucas | Founder
ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Kimberly Stewart-Lucas provides comprehensive event planning, with over 25 years experience. She received her bachelor's degree from Georgia State University in Journalism, with a concentration in Public Relations. She created Absolutely Divine Events to fulfill her life's purpose of bringing people together, providing valuable resources, and creating lasting, meaningful memories that inspire.
Although Kimberly is contracted to coordinate other's projects, she creates and produces a series of her own events. Kimberly is the executive producer of Needle To The Record DJ Competition. Kimberly also founded and coordinated Queens Never Quit Walk, an fundraiser in which all proceeds are given to a person healing from cancer. This event is in honor and memory of one of her mentors, Dee Dee Cocheta of A.B.C. Publicity.
Kimberly developed Warrior Mammas, a natural and home birth support organization dedicated to helping expectant mothers to reclaim their instinctual “womb wisdom,” and to dispel the myths and fears of birth. This was inspired by delivering her three children at home without medical attendance. In 2019, Kimberly debuted her web series, #DishWithTheDoulas, with over 20 episodes. She also hosted Warrior Mammas Birth Vision Board Workshops. In 2018, she curated The Reclamation Project art exhibit's first installation. The last exhibit, "For SHE Who Is," was in 2021 at Tri-Cities Tattoo Company.
Other notable experiences include:
Kimberly is currently the Training and Resource Coordinator with Prevent Child Abuse Georgia (PCA Georgia) housed in the Mark Chaffin Center for Healthy Development in the School of Public Health at Georgia State University. Along with administrative, marketing, and planning support, Kimberly provides training coordination for Mandated Reporter Training and Connections Matter, and leads the Find Help Georgia program efforts through training and community engagement outreach to providers and those seeking help. - I've known Kimberly for many years. I believe the first event I attended that she coordinated was called Righteous Vibes and took place at Soul Vegetarian back in the late 90s. She has always been a well organized & helpful person in my experience. She takes pride and works diligently to make sure she delivers smooth running events. I believe her gift for organization & implementation will enhance any event.
